Tatyana Moskalkova: it is necessary to preserve any platform for dialogue in order to convey the truth to the world community

On March 22, Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, spoke at a meeting of the State Duma Committee for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots.
As Tatyana Moskalkova noted, despite the blockage in the field of international cooperation, it is necessary to maintain any platform for dialogue in order to convey the truth to the world community.
According to the Federal Ombudsman, the Office of the Commissioner is currently working on the creation of a new integration association, which will include the Ombudsmen of the DPR, LPR, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
Tatyana Moskalkova also considers it necessary to prepare and adopt the SCO Convention on Human Rights with the prospect of creating a supranational body that will help ensure human rights and freedoms in the member states of this integration community.
«Today, the doors of Russia should be open to everyone, so the possibility of repatriation for those who want to return to Russia is of particular relevance," the Commissioner emphasized.
