Meeting of Commissioner in Komi Republic with residents of Ust-Kulomsky District
Commissioner for Human Rights in the Komi Republic Nadezhda Bykovskaya held open office hours in Ust-Kulomsky District and met with the district’s administration head.
“First of all, people appeal on the problems they could not solve on site, not only home and interpersonal ones, but the global issues as well,” the Commissioner stressed.
According to Nadezhda Bykovskaya, delays in salary payments, lack of places in the preschool facilities, issues of medical assistance and providing orphan children with housing are among the questions of great concern in the most of districts of the Komi Republic.
Nadezhda Bykovskaya sent several complaints submitted by citizens to the head of the local administration. The others had been followed up by the Commissioner herself.
