On 14 July, a round table of members of working group ‘Civil Society’ and representatives of Saint-Petersburg NGOs took place within the framework of XV Russian and German Forum ‘Petersburg Dialogue’.
On 13 July, the Legislative Assembly of Leningrad Region introduced amendments to the Law On Free Providing Certain Categories of Citizens with Land Lots in Leningrad Region. The draft law aimed at improving the housing conditions of disabled persons and families with a disabled person was elaborated by the Office of Commissioner for Human Rights in Leningrad Region Sergey Shabanov.

Commissioner for Human Rights in Primorye and regional Election Commission signed cooperation agreement
Commissioner for Human Rights in Primorye Territory Veleriy Rozov and Chairperson of the Election Commission of Primorye Territory Tatiana Gladkih signed an agreement on cooperation in the issues of additional guarantees of state protection of rights, liberties and legal interests of voters.
On 11 July, Commissioner for Human Rights in Bryansk Region Vyacheslav Tulupov participated in the meeting of a working group created to estimate the radiation situation in settlements of Bryansk Region. As a result of the meeting, the municipalities were provided with recommendations on estimating the level of radioactive pollution of soils.
On 4–8 July, IV Summer School on Human Rights dedicated to the cooperation between state and civil society actors in the implementation of human rights international covenants was held in Voronezh. A representative of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia participated in the work of the School.
Commissioner for Human Rights in Irkutsk Region Valeriy Lukin appealed to the Governor of Irkutsk Region and the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly with a request to set up a working group before submitting the draft law On the Amount of the Subsistence Minimum of a Pensioner in Irkutsk Region in 2017.
