On 22 September, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova took part in panel discussion on youth and human rights within the framework of the 33rd session of UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. The High Commissioner’s speech was devoted to human rights education for young people.
